Navigating the Santa Rosa Rental Market

Prestige Property Management has taken over the management of my rental in Santa Rosa. They have found a well qualified tenant and all the responsibilities of keeping me and the new tenant happy. Prestige is easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. It is all good so far, thank you Prestige.

I've been using Prestige since January 2023 and they have been doing a good job. They are a smaller company with a group of young and energetic owners who are invested in growing their business and they have been doing a good job. I interviewed some of the larger property management firms and they weren't returning phone calls and are a big corporate entities that don't offer good customer service. Prestige is just the opposite and I'm grateful for that. So far so good and I hope they keep growing their business.

Omg! I'm glad to have this chance to let the world know how great this company is. I had no prior knowledge of who these people were and only got to know them through acquiring a special place to live. I was in the final stages of purchasing a home when the lender finally revealed the previously withheld details to close the deal, which soured my experience and expectations. So, I decided to step back and rent for a year, and it's the best decision I've made in a long time. It's been a really long time since I've rented, and I have to say it's looking like a better alternative. Prestige Management isn't just another rental agency, it's a well tuned group of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet in this business. Everyone you come in contact with, makes you feel welcome, sincerely welcome, and there's a difference. Since I moved in a month ago, there were a few issues to address with the property, and Prestige stepped up to the plate, and hit a home run each time, and right away. Efficient experience. The portal works well, and service requests have been handled very quickly. I appreciate being able to set up auto payments for rent.

It was a huge relief when we found Prestige Peoperties. Our family had to move in an instant when my husband took a new job in another state. I had to find a property mgmt company from out of state. The first one I tried wasted three weeks of my time and left me feeling cheated. When I talked to Arturo from Prestige, he seemed very knowledgeable, honest and down-to-earth. I decided to give Prestige a try. They were amazing and exactly what we needed. Arturo was a great communicator and took responsibility for all the leg work to get our home on the market. We left the house so fast there were many small things that weren’t ready, like screens for all of the windows. Arturo took care of it all. He had our home ready to rent in a week and then found a tenant in another week. He knew we needed a month to month arrangement and he found a tenant that also wanted a month to month agreement. While the property was occupied, issues came up that needed service. Arturo would check with me on how to proceed and then he took care of it all. Later when time came that we wanted to sell the house, Arturo very professionally and with dignity communicated with the tenants and offered to help them find a new place. Marissa made sure the rental income got to our account every month. She sent detailed financial reports every month. This company is amazing. Amazing people. Amazing service. You will feel good about working with them.
