We were not happy using Prestige as a prop mgmt comp. They did not follow through with anything but collecting the rent. Whenever there was an issue we had to get involved to make sure that it was even happening. When they did find a contractor to make repairs the contractor did sub par work (like using the wrong gloss paint on a repair) Prestige did nothing about complaining about the work or making them fix it. We used them to make sure things were done right and that never happened. Our rep actually said to us when asked if she followed through on something, "oops i forgot". She forgot a lot.
Prestige has friendly staff and is willing to work with owners so that everything is satisfactory . As an owner, I am confident that their staff will do a great job and provide great customer service to me and my tenants, making sure my property is taken care of.
I don’t get they charge 7% for management fee.they didn’t have communications, no proper responding to questions. If I call them for questions all questions were ended on receptionist with out clear answers by case manager. they seem like to make own decisions for me too. they forgot to charge electric bill to tenant maybe for months I asked how many months had been missing but they didn’t even bother to answer for that questions. The office manager made their own decision to hold my rent income for their management fund for unresonerble reason.i called them in and said days were passed but I still don’t see the sign of rent income is coming in to my account. They said they were holding it. Bec they thought I didn’t have $500 of reserved fund. They were wrong but they didn’t even apologize for that, that made me miss my mortgage payment. i could not even wait to be one year lease gets up. I don’t think they are reasonable or fare people to work with.
