Prestige Property Management has taken over the management of my rental in Santa Rosa. They have found a well qualified tenant and all the responsibilities of keeping me and the new tenant happy. Prestige is easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. It is all good so far, thank you Prestige. As an update to I would give Marissa of Prestige Property Management and her Team Ten Stars. A branch from a tree on my property fell on a neighbors vehicle last month during a wind storm. I asked Marissa if she would act as my representative as we worked through the insurance process and interactions with the vehicle owner. What did not have to become a stressful situation was professional managed by Marissa. I could not praise Prestige more. The issue should be resolved soon.

I've been using Prestige since January 2023 and they have been doing a good job. They are a smaller company with a group of young and energetic owners who are invested in growing their business and they have been doing a good job. I interviewed some of the larger property management firms and they weren't returning phone calls and are a big corporate entities that don't offer good customer service. Prestige is just the opposite and I'm grateful for that. So far so good and I hope they keep growing their business.

Omg! I'm glad to have this chance to let the world know how great this company is. I had no prior knowledge of who these people were and only got to know them through acquiring a special place to live. I was in the final stages of purchasing a home when the lender finally revealed the previously withheld details to close the deal, which soured my experience and expectations. So, I decided to step back and rent for a year, and it's the best decision I've made in a long time. It's been a really long time since I've rented, and I have to say it's looking like a better alternative.
