We are extremely happy with a Presrige Property Management. The entire team is wonderful, responsive and kind.

I was recommended to Prestige Real Estate Management by a friend who had managed his own properties for years, but got tired of it and went to them. I respected his opinion. I’m glad I did! After calling other property management companies in Sonoma County and either getting no call backs or slow replies (one of which made an appointment with me and didn’t even show up) I was eager for his reference. I work mainly with Arturo, an agent, who is proactive, professional, and communicates impeccably. Marissa, the owner, is very knowledgeable and supports Arturo well. I’ve worked with them for over 6 mos. Unfortunately, I already ran into a small problem with my first tenant (no fault of Prestige), but because of Marissa and Arturo, I never once worried about the issue. They also have an online management portal that makes tracking information easy. I highly recommend Prestige. They are good people.

Arturo was awesomely helpful and communicative during the initial move-in process. His team made needed adjustments to the lease in a timely manner, and was very welcoming when I picked up the keys. It's so stressful finding a place to live, but meeting with Eduardo at the showings and communicating with Arturo made me feel like my business was wanted and respected. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect 5 stars is that I am still waiting to hear back about a repair. I'm sure he's busy, or I might just need to send a request through the online system, but I'd love to get that built-in kitchen table fixed!
