Just recently became a property owner customer of Prestige. So far, 10/10. Very satisfied with Marissa’s professionalism and knowledge. Seems like her and the Prestige team will be the capable partners we were looking for to help us manage our property and provide tenants with a quality, well looked after place to live.

Prestige Property Management has taken over the management of my rental in Santa Rosa. They have found a well qualified tenant and all the responsibilities of keeping me and the new tenant happy. Prestige is easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. It is all good so far, thank you Prestige. As an update to I would give Marissa of Prestige Property Management and her Team Ten Stars. A branch from a tree on my property fell on a neighbors vehicle last month during a wind storm. I asked Marissa if she would act as my representative as we worked through the insurance process and interactions with the vehicle owner. What did not have to become a stressful situation was professional managed by Marissa. I could not praise Prestige more. The issue was resolved with their help.

At first, the receptionist was very polite and responsive when we went to fill out our application for Credit. She told my daughter and myself that our $40 credit application fee would be refunded if in the event we were not approved then we waited two weeks for processing paperwork during the third week they finally notified my daughter that they were unable to contact her landlord, which only occurred after my daughter called her the receptionist Aracely, and just today after being told all week last week that there were no other applicants we were denied because they said that our credit was an issue? Yet they said if we had a cosigner, everything would be fine. In addition, they lied to us when they told us there was no applicants because they were already processing someone else and didn’t even bother to let us know so I am very dissatisfied with this company and their service and now they’re saying that they’re Araceli’s. Let me know she’s going to have to talk to her Manager to see if they can refund my $40 which was the original agreement so they broke their agreements, many times very dissatisfied. They’re lucky I’m giving them a three star.

I have worked with Prestige both as a rental management company for two houses and as a realtor. I have been extremely impressed and pleased with them in both capacities.

This company took over my apartment complex and while I was hopeful at first, I am not hopeful anymore. I have two small kids and they decided to move our parking spot across the entire complex where I have to cross two parking lots rather then right in front of my home, where our spot has been for the last THREE years. When I called, I spoke to the owner, Marissa, and she wouldn't help me. She said I'd get a call from a property manager hopefully before the end of the day. 0/10 don't live at these properties. Update to add: never got a call and both of my neighbors (that don't have small children) got to keep their spots on this side of the complex. One of them even took my spot, leaving the middle spot open with no occupant.

This management company came here a few months ago and today they randomly changed my parking spot after I've been parking in the same assigned spot for over 3 years. When I randomly received a placard on my door with the wrong spot number, I called to ask what the reason was, all I was told was "they repainted the parking spots". They didn't even change the spot numbers so I'm not sure why that's relevant. My spot used to be right outside of my apartment (along with many of my neighbors who also USED TO have spots right in front of their apartments) and now it's on the complete opposite side of the complex in a spot that is covered in oil stains. This management company doesn't treat good tenants well. Sure they will weed out the bad ones, but they are also driving out good tenants.

Always excellent.Very responsive and helpful. Very professional and competent. They have been extremely valuable to me, especially in view of the fact that I have lived outside the country for 10 years. I have worked with other property managers, and Prestige is far superior to the others. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We are a new client of Prestige's. They handled an eviction very well and we are in process of updating the unit they manage. Looking forward to a long relationship.
